Successful organizations develop their leaders with more than individual leadership skills.  Collaborative Change Leadership skills are also essential in today’s dynamic organizations.  The CoHero Collaborative Change Leadership Framework helps leaders understand their unique strengths within the context of the organization’s requirements for change, management, and leadership.  CoHero provides the assessments, training, and coaching that makes change happen.

The CoHero Leadership Approach

While acts of individual heroics are important, they often stem from breakdowns and failures that effective collaboration could have avoided. Our name evokes the importance of collaboration (or Co-Heroics), and comes from the Latin “Cohaere:” to connect, to embrace, to adhere, to join.  Our effectiveness as leaders is determined in large measure by our willingness and ability to truly connect with those we wish to lead.

​Collaborative Leadership requires more than just “getting along.” It requires each leader knowing their strengths, and being aware of the relationships they need to build to complete the strengths needed by the organization. Our approach comes from a philosophy where we recognize there are different types of leaders, and an organization needs them all.
